Because of the excellent help, patience, kindness, and care Vanessa Gindl gave me, I highly recommend Florida Insurance Agency for any of your insurance needs. Vanessa is quite knowledgeable, thoughtful, and truly loves her work. In my opinion she is a wonderful agent and caring person. She genuinely enjoys helping her clients as well as potential new customers.
Background: She did a superb job helping me through a difficult situation. I received notice my prior insurance company was not renewing their policy on a 1996 4 bedroom home due to having a 20 year old roof. (I was 1325 miles away from home helping two of my younger siblings, one quite ill.) I started to "panic" about losing coverage while I was away. Vanessa listened. She calmly provided guidance on the steps I should follow to timely obtain good quality insurance, including advice to get a 4 point/wind mitigation inspection as well as a new roof if needed. I did get a new roof, and with Vanessa's excellent help I happily obtained good quality coverage, saving thousands of dollars vs my previous insurance policy. Thank you!

Vanessa was amazing. She helped correct another insurance agencies mess up and ensured I received even better insurance coverage with the policies she got me. From start to finish Mandy set the bar. I had a multitude of insurance products that I was moving. She handled each one quickly and efficiently. She bundled where she could and bought stand alone policies where she couldn't. I believe I might be the only person I know of that added a 16 year old male driver to his policy and saved $$. It's true. You should give Mandy a call and see if she can save you some $$ too! Thank you Mandy! You're the best!

Mandy has been very helpful and professional. I called Florida insurance because my long time insurance carrier doubled their rates. Mandy was able to do a comprehensive search and find a carrier that was within my budget and covered everything I need covered this year, while I try to sell this house.

I would have been risking a great deal if I was not able to find a carrier for a protection.

I would recommend Mandy and the Florida insurance agency to anyone who is having problems finding a carrier to meet their needs!
